Welcome!  Do you ever reach for food when situations get stressful? Beat yourself up when you don’t make “good” choices? Get so discouraged that you just give up? We’ve all been there. That’s why Weight Watchers developed FIND your ME, a series of 12 monthly workshops that give you powerful new awareness, tools and skills—that some have called “the missing piece.” We consulted leading experts in holistic health and coaching to create a program that’s simple, effective and grounded in science—to help us shift out of our overthinking minds and stay engaged with our weight loss journey—with a sense of new energy, new thinking and positive shifts. Each season we explore a different theme and learn techniques that can make a big impact on our bodies and our lives. In winter we REFLECT, slow down, relax and focus. In spring we reawaken, RENEW our commitments to ourselves and learn ways to bring more meaning and fulfillment into our lives. Come summer we RECONNECT with our bodies and learn to dial up our energy and flow. In fall we learn to RELEASE feelings that don’t serve us, prioritize our needs, and amplify our positivity. Each month's workshop features a new technique that helps you regain control, get insights and awareness about what’s really going on, and respond to stressful situations in healthier ways. You can jump in the journey at any time and stay as long as it supports you March is all about Honoring A Perfect Day. This technique helps you awaken to what you truly value–in each day. Please arrive 10 minutes early and dress comfortably. After 10 minutes, latecomers will not be let in to ensure the best experience for all the attendees.  We hope to see you soon! FAQ'S What is FIND your ME? Each workshop features a new technique that helps you regain control, get insights and awareness about what’s really going on, and respond to stressful situations in healthier ways. How does FIND your ME fit in with Beyond the Scale? Participants have told us that FIND your ME has helped changed their relationship to their body and food—and has unlocked insights that are making their WW journey more successful. FIND your ME is also a direct way to shift your Mindset. It draws from holistic practices like mindfulness, deep breathing, and life coaching that are all about learning how to think—and act—differently. Can I bring a friend? Yes! We encourage you to invite your friends! Each person will need to register individually via Eventbrite. What should I wear? Wear what you are comfortable in. While you will mostly be seated, you will do some gentle movements. Do I weigh in? No. Just bring yourself and an open mind. Help, I can’t find my event on Eventbrite! The events are listed chronologically. Continue scrolling down until you locate your event. Help, I'm using my mobile phone to register on Eventbrite and I keep getting errors!  We recommend using a desktop or tablet device to register.     Is FIND your ME being offered everywhere? FIND your ME is a pilot that is currently being offered in select Weight Watchers stores across the US and Canada. We are starting small and learning as we go, thanks to your participation and feedback.  What if I am running late? Please arrive 10 minutes early and be in your seat and ready when the session begins. If you encounter an unavoidable delay, be aware that we can only allow entry up to 10 minutes after the official start time. After 10 minutes, no latecomers will be admitted to the session in progress—to ensure the best experience for all the attendees.  What do I walk away with? You’ll be equipped with simple techniques that create powerful, positive shifts ”in the moment” that can help you with your journey, a workbook to help you continue your practice, and access to our online Facebook community where you will be able to view videos of the techniques you’ve learned.
